Typically the process takes three steps. At the end of each step, a formal decision to continue or to stop must be made.

Step 1: Business design

Starting from an original business idea, we will sketch one or more business designs, and assess them qualitatively.

Decision: do we have a solid business case?

Step 2: Business planning

Preparing a detailed financial plan and execution schedule.

Decision: does the project make financial and organizational sense?

Step 3: Project execution

Depending on cases, the Client's interest may be either to manage the project internally or to hire an external project manager.

Decision: does the product pass the acceptance test?
