Equity compensation

We are a venture capital company. We take the long view.

During the dot-com mania, the founder of Auderghem Analytica co-founded several start-up companies where he was the technical manager. The bubble burst, a lot of work went to the dogs, but the experience was extremely beneficial, and he decided to keep this approach for future consulting work.

We will be glad to consider equity compensation for the technical work we provide in the projects we really like. Our portfolio is still modest, but growing. Its failure rate is small.

Well, we are not (completely) philanthropists, and of course when considering an equity compensation, we will apply project valuation techniques with a rigour equal to that we use when evaluating a Client's project on a consulting basis.
