What we do - Overview

We specialize in web applications. We develop applications either for Clients or for ourselves to operate in Application Service Provider (ASP) mode. We provide both software and consulting services.

We can assist a customer all along the process of a web application project, from the initial business planning to development and operations. The typical steps will be:

1. Business analysis:
   Analyzing a project, writing a functional requirement document.
2. Business planning:
   Evaluating incremental revenues/ benefits and costs. Writing an integrated business plan, and valuating the project.
3. Prototyping:
   Elaborating and testing prototypes with future users. This step is essential, and will typically involve several interaction rounds. Prototyping needs not be expensive - paper prototyping works wonders.
   After completion, we can write a detailed technical requirement manual. We will emphasize the Client empowerment aspects: procedures for the Client to manage as much of the day-to-day operations themselves.
4. Design, development & deployment:
   Well, this is straightforward in theory (not always in practice...) if the previous step has been conducted well. At the end we will conduct extensive training of the Client's staff.
5. Operations, maintenance:
   Our level of involvement in operations may range from zero to 100%, depending on the Client's needs.
